This is part of the Bonzi Throttle Cable Assembly. CNC aluminum piece which attaches to the butterfly arm on the carburetor.

For Walbro WT-644, WT-1048 and WT-813 carburetors. Bore size: 5/32″ (0.156″).

How do I know if I have a WT-813 or a WT-813A carb?

If you purchased a Walbro WT-813 carb from Bonzi on June 16, 2008 or after, it is the new WT-813A. Prior to that date from Bonzi, it is a WT-813, which requires the smaller bore size throttle arm standoff. You can also check on the carb itself where the number is stamped accordingly.
